8 Carlin Street, Glenvale

Carlin Street is one of three split-level duplexes that we built in the Glenview Estate of Toowoomba.

 

These duplexes were an investment product and incorporated a modern functional design. Their features included three large bedrooms with a large master bedroom and ensuite, an open plan kitchen and living area, a large five-burner gas oven, and private courtyards.

  

The Glenview Estate was a 150-lot subdivision, located between Hursley and Glenvale Roads, just three kilometres to the city’s centre and the Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre.


51 Fitzpatrick Cct, Augustine Heights

Fitzpatrick Circuit is one of five house and land packages we built during the Spring release in Augustine Heights, a suburb in Greater Springfield. The homes were constructed for owner-occupiers using a modern four bedrooms, two baths, and a double garage configuration.

 

Each home included stone benchtops with waterfall edging, a walk-in butler’s pantry, an open plan dining and family room, and a living/media room with high-quality finishes. 

  

Augustine Heights is only 30 km from Brisbane CBD. Residents living in the area enjoy a sprawling bushland environment enriched with all the facilities and convenience of contemporary suburban living. Augustine Heights is a thriving residential and business community offering close access to everything families would require. 

 

 


17 De Graaf St, Bellbird Park

Located in a small in-fill site in Bellbird Park Queensland, 17 De Graff St was one of two dual occupancy properties we built in an eight-lot in-fill site called Bellbird Pocket. Each property consisted of four-bedroom and one-bedroom units and was designed to target the investment market.

 

The main unit featured four spacious bedrooms—three with a ceiling fan and built-in double robes, a master bedroom at the front of the house with a walk-in robe, an ensuite with a toilet, a modern kitchen with double sink and an open plan living/dining area.

 

 

The site was located close to Springfield and Goodna Train Stations, only minutes away from the huge, well-known Orion Shopping Centre. It also made for a great investment product close to the Brook Water Golf Course and Ipswich Motorway.
